- How long is the program?
The Accelerator runs for 3 months. At the end, you can choose to stick around for continued support or step away with the systems in place. There’s no pressure either way.
- Are you a paid ads agency?
No. We focus on making your business look professional, building local trust, and creating demand without relying on ads to survive.
- I’m not a landscaper or hardscaper. Will this still work for me?
Yes. We work with home service businesses across the board — construction, concrete, roofing, excavation, tree service, home cleaning and more. If you sell high-quality work locally, this applies.
- I just started my business part-time/ I’ve been in the game for 15 years and I’m already doing $800k/yr. Will this still apply?
Yes. We work with contractors from $0 to $8M+. The system stays the same, the focus adjusts based on where you’re at. If you want a cleaner, more predictable business, this applies.
- I’m busy — my schedule is packed. How much time does this take each week?
Plan on at least 1–2 hours per week. Some weeks may take more, depending on what you’re working on — but most of it stacks on top of things you’re already doing. This isn’t complicated or technical work. You’re not coding a website or learning software engineering. It’s practical, common-sense improvements that move the needle.
- I’m not tech-savvy. Is that a problem?
No. You don’t need to be technical. We walk you through what matters and keep things simple. If you can run a business, you can handle this.
- When is the best time to start — spring, summer, fall or winter?
Right now. Starting before your busy season helps you capitalize on it. Starting during or after helps you clean things up and prepare for what’s next. There’s no “perfect” time.
- What kind of support do I get?
You’ll have: - Weekly group calls for coaching and problem-solving - Short, clear video trainings - Direct support when questions come up - Access to a community of serious contractors You’re not left guessing or on your own.
- How quickly will I see results?
That depends on how quickly and diligently you implement. Many clients start signing more jobs within the first few weeks. The focus is long-term stability, not overnight spikes.
- How much does it cost?
The investment starts at $997. Final pricing depends on your business and the level of support that makes sense.
- Are there any hidden expenses?
No. About 95% of what we teach doesn’t require spending money. There are optional tools or upgrades some contractors choose to use, but none of it is required. Nothing paid is mandatory, they’re simply options you can use if and when it makes sense for your business.
